CONSENT
to the processing of personal data
I, the personal-data subject, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", consent to the processing of my personal data by Limited Liability Company "Ural Car Rental" (690074, Primorsky Krai, Vladivostok, Snegovaya St. 34, OGRN: 1102540001431, INN: 2540160475) (the "Operator", the "Company") for the purpose of preparing the documents required to conclude a vehicle rental agreement.
The list of my personal data that I consent to be processed:
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- date and place of birth;
- residential address;
- passport data (series and number, date and issuing authority);
- bank details;
- contact phone numbers;
- email address;
- driving licence data.
I authorize the Operator to carry out both automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, namely:
- collection;
- recording;
- systematization;
- accumulation;
- storage;
- updating (refreshing, modifying);
- retrieval;
- use;
- transfer (disclosure, access);
- anonymization;
- blocking;
- deletion;
- destruction.
This Consent is valid until the conclusion of a vehicle rental agreement with LLC "Ural Car Rental".
I reserve the right to withdraw this consent by means of an appropriate written document, which may be sent to the Company by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt or handed over in person against a receipt to an authorized representative of the Company.
Upon receipt of my written request to withdraw this consent to the processing of personal data, the Company is obliged to destroy my personal data, but no earlier than the period necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing.
I have been informed of the rights of a personal-data subject as provided for in Chapter 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
